Request Account Deletion
At ReelKart, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
📧 Send an email to support@reelkart.shop with the subject line:
"Delete My ReelKart Account".
What happens when your account is deleted?
- Your profile, login credentials, and saved information will be permanently removed.
- Your order history and wallet balance will be deleted, except for records we are legally required to keep (e.g., tax or payment records).
- Sellers: your listed products, analytics, and payout details will also be deleted.
Retention Policy
Some transaction and payment details may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with financial and legal requirements.
After this period, they will be permanently removed.
Once your request is received, our team will confirm and process your account deletion within 7 working days.
